The Bloom Women’s Retreat is the ultimate ladies weekend away! Join us at the beautiful Green Lake Conference Center for a weekend full of impactful teaching, refreshing worship, and the chance to build deep and lasting friendships. Save the date and join us in October to discover more of God’s plan for your life. Our prayer is that each person attending will leave feeling encouraged and filled with new vision for what’s next.

Q: How do I register for the 2019 Bloom Women’s Retreat?
A: Go to www.ridgeway.church/bloom and click the “Register” tab. You will then be walked through step by step on how to register.
Q: When I register for the retreat do I have to pay the full registration price?
A: No. This year we have the option to pay off your registration in installments. In order to complete the registration process, we will need a $75 deposit.
Q: Can I bring my daughter to the retreat?
A: All students 9th grade and older are welcome to attend the retreat.
Q: What time does retreat registration begin on Thursday?
A: Registration opens at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 10th at the Kraft Center. When you arrive at Green Lake Conference Center, we will have signs directing you to the Kraft Center front desk.
Q: What time do doors open for the first session?
A: Our first session begins at 7:00pm in Bauer Lodge on Thursday night. Doors will open at 6:30pm so feel free to come early and grab a seat for you and your friends.
Q: Can I come late to the retreat?
A: We don’t want you to miss out on any part of the weekend, but we do understand that scheduling conflicts happen. When you arrive, please go to the Kraft Center front desk and then come over to Bauer Lodge, right next to the Kraft Center. Our conference center is right inside the door to the left.
Q: Which meals are provided?
A: We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday. We will have some snacks available Thursday night, but please plan to eat dinner before the retreat starts on Thursday.
Q: Can I invite a friend to the retreat if they don’t attend Ridgeway Church?
A: Yes! Everyone is welcome, and we love new faces!
Q: What does the registration cost cover?
A: Retreat registration fees, four meals, housing in beautiful forest houses for two nights, and all scheduled events for the weekend.
Q: Is childcare provided for the weekend?
A: No, this is a kid-free weekend. Come relax and enjoy some quality time with your girlfriends.
Q: What are the sleeping arrangements for the weekend?
A: We will be staying in fully furnished houses. Each house has a kitchen, living room, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. When filling out the registration form, please specify if you are okay sharing a bed and with whom. Single beds are available but limited. If you would prefer your own housing seperate from the group, hotel rooms are available at a higher cost. Please clarify in your registation that you will want your own room and we will add the charge to your registration fee.
Q: Is carpooling available to and from the retreat?
A: We will not be organizing carpooling, but feel free to connect with other women for ride sharing.
Q: Will I need to have transportation throughout the weekend?
A: The houses we have reserved are a short distance away (at least one mile) from the conference room. Some might prefer to walk but transportation is suggested in case it is cold or rainy. We will also have a break during the day on Friday and some may want to drive into town.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks to enjoy throughout the weekend?
A: Yes! There are full kitchens in each house so feel free to bring your favorite snacks and drinks. Please note that the Bloom Retreat is an alcohol free event. We will also provide snacks and beverages at different times throughout the weekend.
Q: If I have to cancel, can I get my money back for the retreat?
A: Registrations are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
Q: What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?
A: Please specify on your registration what allergies/intolerances you have. We can let the cafeteria know to make a special meal for you. You are also more than welcome to bring any snacks or treats you might enjoy during the weekend and utilize the kitchen in your house as needed.
